Systems Management & Balancing, Inc. is an independent testing agency, headquartered in Des Moines, Iowa. Systems Management & Balancing, Inc. has been in operation since 1970 and a certified member of the Associated Air Balance Council since 1970.
The mission of the company is to provide an independent, objective and professional test of heating, ventilating and air conditioning systems. Included in these tests are air and water balance, sound and vibration measurements, building surveys, control verification, fume hood testing, duct leakage testing and system commissioning.
As an independent testing agency, Systems Management & Balancing, Inc. has always represented the owner, working with the design professionals.
